Schnelles Vanille-Dessert

  • 2 TL Vanillepuddingpulver
  • 1 Liter Milch
  • 10 dkg Rohrzucker kristallin
  • 25 dkg Mascarpone
  • 20 dkg eingelegte Kirschen
  • 15 dkg Biskotten ode Butterkekse

Cooking

Vanillepudding mit Milch aufkochen, mit Rohrzucker abschmecken und Mascarpone mit einer Küchenmaschine einrühren.

Zerbröselte Butterkekse/Biskotten, Kirschen und Vanillepuddding-Maße in Gläser schichten. Mit Kirschen dekorieren.
