Berry cherry jam

Ingredients

  • 250 g strawberries in slices
  • 250g red currants
  • 250 g of raspberries
  • 250 g of heart cherries, halved without stone
  • 1 organic lemon
  • 500 g of gelly sugar 2: 1

Cooking

Place all the fruits with the sugar in a large pot. Remove the peel with the zest tear from the organic lemon, and add the lemon juice. Bring to the boil and boil for 5 minutes. Do not forget to test if the jelly becomes solid.
