Rinse the berries briefly with cold water and drain well. Peel the kiwi fruit, cut into chunks and puree them with the raspberries in a blender or with a hand blender. Add the mint leaves and boil the fruit mass with the jam sugar in a large pot while stirring. Cook the mixture for about 6-8 minutes. Make the gelling trail. Fill the hot jam into prepared jars and seal them immediately.
When you make the gelling trail, you will see if the jam is ready: give a few drops of Culinaromancer on a cold, smooth plate. If this sample upon cooling solid, the jam is ready.
